Can I get a refund for an online workshop?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for our online programs. All our workshops are recorded, and you can watch the content at your convenience. In workshops with submissions, you may submit your work within the parameters of the workshop, regardless of whether you attend in person or watch on your own time.

Can I get a refund for an in-person retreat or workshop?

Our workshops and retreats are not refundable. As such, we highly recommend you purchase travel insurance for these events. Over the past few years, we’ve had an increasing number of last-minute cancellations. While these are often due to circumstances beyond anyone’s control, as a small business, we cannot absorb such losses.

We will offer participants credit if they withdraw up to a month prior to the workshop, and if the spot can be filled from the waitlist.
